Chris Bosh and his better half are being sued by the porn magnates who made X-Art (let it be known, you know it) … who assert they leased a wiped out shoreline chateau from the NBA star that was actually loaded with poop.
The general population behind the suit are Colette and Brigham Field – who made the sexual video site X-Art – which highlights individuals in-your-face slamming each other in tasteful settings. It’s so well known, they were profiled by GQ.
The Fields say they leased a 10,755 square foot super manor in the Pacific Palisades claimed by the Boshes in Dec. 2016 … also, plunked down $138k to cover the first month’s lease ($46k) and the security store ($92k).
Issue is … the Fields say soon after moving in, they saw insane lethal form, spills, plumbing issues, rodent droppings … what’s more, to top it all off – the Internet get to was ghastly!!
The Fields say it was so awful they “needed to look for restorative help for disorder and rashes that they experienced the time when the form could be seen and noticed.”
In the claim, recorded in L.A. Province Superior Court and gotten by TMZ Sports, the Fields say they attempted to recover their security store however the Boshes rejected … furthermore, have since given other individuals a chance to remain in the home.
They’re requesting the $92k store back in addition to unspecified harms. We contacted the Boshes for input, yet no word back.
